The goal of the dashboard is to keep you focused on what is happening right now. It's not meant to be a comprehensive view of everything in your business, but rather a "quick look" at what is going on today. What do you have coming up in the next few days, what leads do you have that you need to follow up on, and to give you quick access to those things when you want to dive deeper.
Note - you may sometimes create a lead that doesn't have a date. Those will stay on the dashboard indefinitely and clutter it up with what we call "dead leads" (leads that you're not going to book). Since Mago loads these every time the page is refreshed, it can cause your dashboard to seem to run slowly. You should periodically go through your leads with to weed out leads that didn't have a date but you know aren't going to be booked. Don't worry, all is not lost though! This is actually a great opportunity to really harness the power of Mago's automation engine. Run a re-prospecting automation on these dead leads and you just might find they book you out of the blue next year without you having to lift a finger! Usually this consists of a 10 month follow up form the date of the proposed event (if you know it) that says something like "Hey, we weren't able to make it work last year, but I have a great new show for this year..."
